Phone sessions

Talk without a screen. Some women find it easier to open up when they don't have to be seen. Just as effective — just different.

Chat & messaging

Async support between sessions. Write when you need to — your therapist responds thoughtfully within 24 hours. Available on Harmony and Flourish plans.
